CompylotAI — built by Global Software AI.

AI-assisted pre-submission review of draft client communications for compliance teams. The AI does the heavy reading — your reviewers keep final authority.

Why we built CompylotAI

Our founder spent three decades inside financial-services technology, including years at major banks, watching the same bottleneck repeat: every client-facing document queues for compliance review, reviewers drown in volume, and deadlines slip.

CompylotAI is our answer. It reviews draft communications before submission — flagging issues, suggesting tracked changes, and recording a full audit trail — so compliance teams spend their time on judgement, not first-pass reading.

We build it in Riga for compliance teams at EU and German financial institutions, combining regulatory domain knowledge with hands-on AI engineering.

Who it's for

Compliance teams at EU and German financial institutions.

Retail banking

High-volume customer communications reviewed consistently against disclosure rules.

Wealth management

Marketing and advisory material checked against MiFID II suitability and promotion rules.

Insurance

Product information and policyholder communications reviewed for clarity and compliance.

Multi-market operations

One review workflow across languages, entities, and jurisdictions.

What it does

Pre-submission review

Draft communications are analysed against your rulebook before they ever reach a client or a regulator.

Humans keep final authority

The AI prepares and suggests; a human reviewer approves every decision. Nothing ships on the AI's word alone.

Audit trails & tracked changes

Every suggestion, edit, and sign-off is recorded — evidence you can show an auditor.

Multilingual, multi-market

Review content across languages and jurisdictions from one place.
