Global Software AI is led by Tim Crouch, a CISSP since 2014 with 35+ years in security and 25+ years across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and software development. That includes GRC consulting at HSBC Trinkaus, Deutsche Bank and Commerzbank from 2016 to 2019, and serving as CISO and CTO of a SaaS company through its nine-figure private-equity sale. The advice comes from running and securing real systems, not from certification courses alone.

On the systems side, we threat-model LLM applications and agents: prompt injection, data leakage through context or embeddings, excessive agent permissions, and unsafe tool use. On the adoption side, we define usage policies, approved-tool lists, data-classification rules, and vendor evaluation criteria so employees can use AI productively without exposing sensitive data. Because we build AI systems ourselves, the recommendations are technically grounded.
